With more than 20 years of experience at Perpetual Guardian, Jan has extensive knowledge in the areas of estate planning and administration. As Regional Manager for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, she is responsible for the Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua branches.
Jan’s key focus is to ensure that her team members are service-focused and accessible to their clients in order to build enduring relationships.
Jan has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice).
Craig has been with Perpetual Guardian over thirty years in a variety of roles and says one of his greatest achievements is when clients treat him as part of their family.
Managing investments and achieving sustained value in portfolios during tough economic times is something Craig takes pride in. He also manages Trust formation and administration and provides estate planning solutions that relieve his clients of all worry.
Craig is also highly active in the philanthropy area, working with a number of charities and managing Charitable Trust gifting for clients. Craig is a member of the Executor & Trustee Institute (METI) and the Institute of Financial Advisers, holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning) and is an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA).
Eileen has been with Perpetual Guardian over 18 years, learning the business from the ground up to become a trusted Client Manager for clients in the Waikato region.
Maintaining client contact is a key focus for Eileen. A specialist in the administration of Charitable Trusts and agencies, she also manages estates and Trusts and is a philanthropy champion for the Hamilton branch. She considers her work with the David Johnstone Charitable Trust, which provides substantial tertiary scholarships for young people in the region, one of her proudest achievements.
Eileen is a Member of the Executor & Trustee Institute (METI) and a qualified Legal Executive.
Sue joined Perpetual Guardian ten years ago after a long career in professional services, working in both the legal and insurance industries.
Building long-term client relationships is Sue’s focus as a Client Manager. She specialises in estate and Trust administration and finds resolving complex estates where beneficiaries have been in dispute as among her proudest achievements. Sue also manages financial affairs for our lifecare and lifestyle management clients, including PPPR.
Sue is a Member of the Executor & Trustee Institute (METI).
Drawing on his 25 years experience in the trustee sector, Russell is skilled and passionate about helping clients achieve their estate and asset planning objectives.
As a Client Manager, Russell is a caring professional focussed on providing sound advice and tailored ‘peace of mind’ solutions to clients and their families.
Russell’s role extends to looking after a diverse portfolio of key clients. He is committed to going the extra mile, building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted ‘family’ adviser along the way.
Russell holds a Diploma of Business Studies and is a Member of the Executors and Trustees Institute (METI).

Focussing on the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, Brendan brings over 30 years of trustee industry experience in the area of succession planning.
Preservation of family wealth for the benefit of future generations is his focus, along with ensuring the structures clients put in place remain compliant and continue to achieve their initial intention.
Brendan is always eager to review the provisions clients have made to protect their families and offer options to achieve their goals.
With more than 30 years in legal structuring, trusts, and succession planning across sectors, Margot is practical and solution focused.
She brings her experience in the high net-worth family office space to clients from all walks of life to achieve their goals and to identify & create meaningful long-term legacies for their families.
