When you can’t see the wood for the trees

One of our newer charitable entities, established under the Perpetual Guardian Foundation, is Wood for the Trees, a registered charity helping Kiwis affected by mental illness. Set up by two motorcycle aficionado friends who have personal experience of the issues Wood For The Trees supports, the charity aims to help those who ‘can’t see the wood for the trees’ due to mental illness. The charity is promoting mental health and suicide prevention, providing support for families affected by suicide, encouraging research into mental ill health and taking preventative and remedial measures to reduce or prevent mental illness in Kiwis.
