Glenn Radka

Glenn has 15 years experience in the financial services industry having worked for two major banks in Auckland and Central Otago, in a variety of roles from residential lending to facilitation in Head Office. Further, Glenn completed his Bachelor of Business – Finance Degree in 2024.

Glenn has been with Perpetual Guardian since 2020 originally as a Client Manager managing clients throughout Otago and Southland until stepping in to lead the Dunedin Branch in 2023. From mid-2025, Glenn moved north to Auckland to take over the management of the Auckland CBD and Remuera Branches.

Having spent more than 6 years living in Japan, Glenn views superior customer service standards and professionalism as the core to all customer interactions. Both the Auckland teams work alongside clients from diverse backgrounds meaning these professionalism standards are essential to breaking down barriers, understanding, and providing personalised solutions for our clients.

Outside of Work, Glenn enjoys watching his daughters learn and grow in their various artistic and sporting pursuits, while visiting family in Central Otago and Canada is also incredibly important to him. When time allows, he likes to get out on the many beautiful trails NZ has on offer either on foot or by bike.
