Ben is a non-executive director of a number of public and private companies and a member of the Commonwealth Government of Australia’s Fintech Advisory Group, appointed by and an advisor to the Federal Treasurer. He is also a founding partner and executive chairman of H2 Ventures, a venture capital investment firm focused on innovation and technology-enabled disruption in fields including fintech, data and artificial intelligence. Ben was Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management, former chairman of the Responsible Entity Compliance Committee of UBS Global Asset Management and a director of the UBS Foundation. During his tenure at UBS, he was also a non-executive director of the Financial Services Council Limited, the peak representative body of the retail financial services industry, and co-chair of the global markets committee of the FSC.
