Barbara Murphy

Barbara has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having worked for a major bank in a variety of areas including Business Banking, Training and Development, Human Resources and Financial Advising. She worked for a large Investment Advising Company for four years. In both these Advisory roles, she specialised in intergenerational wealth management with a strong focus on building long-lasting, meaningful relationships built on trust and transparency.

Barbara is passionate about using her prior experience with Perpetual Guardian clients and ensuring her team provide great client service by valuing building relationships, learning their stories, and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions to best suit their clients.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog and walking the tracks around Tauranga.
